Malaika Arora overcame her mental depression with the help of yoga
Whether she’s playing, dancing or pulling, Malaika Arora always manages to make fitness a priority in her busy schedule. The Bollywood star has always loved to stay active. No wonder she has a hot bikini body at 47. But for Malaika, it’s not enough to just focus on external fitness. The actress-model said she began to look at health holistically after being diagnosed with Covid-19 in September of last year.

She also opened up to overcoming mental depression with the help of yoga. Malaika took to her Instagram account to share an interactive post asking her fans and followers to share their stories about mental health. The actress shared how yoga has helped her “survive” and see life from a whole different perspective.
âTomorrow, October 10, is World Mental Health Day. Here is a small confession. I thought I was bulletproof until I realized I was not emotionally proof. My mind began to play games with me, the rules of which I did not know. I survived because of yoga, âthe 47-year-old star wrote in her note.
She also revealed the ‘breaking point’ she had to face in life and how she dealt with it: ‘My breaking point came one day while I was in my first yoga class and my tears come true. have not ceased. I have survived the storm in me. I will never call myself bulletproof because neither of us is. I will call myself stable and continually wanting become mentally, physically and emotionally. This is my SARVA story. Write to us with your story because ‘we are listening’.
